Words have such a powerful affect on the quality of your life. Many of our beliefs are formed by the words we use.
Your words also affect how you communicate with yourself and what you experience.
You can instantly change your emotional experience by choosing new words to describe what you're feeling.
By changing the words of how you usually describe an experience, you can change how you feel and how you live.
And guess what? If you increase your vocabulary, you have more options to represent your experiences or describe to other people exactly how you're feeling.
Here's an example. Instead of saying:
I'm frustrated, say - challenged.
I hate, say - I prefer.
So change your words, increase your vocabulary and use this to also increase the intensity of feelings you have and raise the quality of life. It can be that simple.
