Learn how to "get out of your way" to make things happen.

Learn how to "get out of your own way" to make things happen. There are talents and gifts within you that need to breathe. Don't suffocate them with possibility blindness. You can't see everything just yet but in time the person that you will become will be able to. Everything you need to become that person is within you right now. I said right now!
As Russell Conwell states "you are standing in your own acres of diamonds". Know your worth instead of reaching out and running away from you to find it. And the reason why the grass is greener on the other side is because that person took the time to pay attention to their property. So increase your value by investing and taking care of yours. The return will be unlimited. You can be great but that is going to be up to YOU. Just make the decision, set your sail and follow the appropriate course of actions. Action 1. Take 100% responsibility for your life. Action 2. Decide what you want. See you in paradise!! Believe the Champion in You! -Richard  Waita

The first and most important rule of life, is to have some rules by which you operate from and live by. Richard WAITA writes...

The first and most important rule of life, is to have some rules by which you operate from and live by.

Your success, happiness and level of fulfilment will be dictated to you by the rules you have for yourself and the standard you set and accept for yourself.

If you want to thrive, if you want to blossom into the most beautiful and magnificent and powerful version of yourself then you need to develop your very own "modus operandi" - the way in which you operate, conduct yourself and perform.

Not having rules and boundaries for our lives is the main reason why we make choices that negatively impact our progress and stop us from ever reaching our true potential.

You have to have some rules, no matter how basic or simple they may be and those rules may relate to many areas of your life, like how much money you spend or save each week or how much junk food you eat or what time you will wake up or even how much you drink when you are out with your friends.

Most importantly those rules form a larger framework for your existence and cover such things as the standard of your work, how you treat others, what you will tolerate, accept and expose yourself to. It is these rules that will help you to avoid self harm and making choices that harm you and rob you of own sense worth.

Discipline is the key that unlocks all your potential, it this the life force that determines your destiny and it is the disciplines and rules you set for yourself that will ultimately determine where you end up.

The price is too high, not to have some rules for your life and my great hope for each and every one of you is that you create your own "modus operandi" for your life that lives and exists deep within your soul.

May the rules by which you live by travel with you and through you and be the light by which you carry yourself and may the standard you set for yourself and your life be an example for others but most importantly may they make you feel proud of the way in which you lived your life.

There is no exact formula for success, we are all different, we are all pursuing different things and we are all at different stages of our life's journey. Richard Waita writes...

There is no exact formula for success, we are all different, we are all pursuing different things and we are all at different stages of our life's journey.

But regardless of where you might be on your unique journey some things stay the same, the fundamentals of success never change.

Do the very best that you can with what you have in front you right now. I know it's most probably not perfect and in many cases not even close to ideal but you can only play with the cards you have been dealt, so do the best that you can every day.

There is a certain energy and vibration you create when you do the best that you can and work with intention and purpose and over time it is that energy that will allow greater opportunities to present themselves in your life.

I often talk about pushing yourself and testing your limits and it is true we must all push ourselves and see what we are truly capable of achieving.

However one of of the best pieces of advice I can share with you is to learn to be gentle with yourself, there is a time to push yourself and there is a time to be gentle and nurture yourself on your journey.

Being gentle with yourself in so many ways will allow you to be more consistent, more in tune with yourself and allow you to go much farther than you ever would by constantly pushing yourself, burning out and stopping and starting.

I know you guys most probably hear me say this a lot but one of the great secrets of life and success is learning to patient and allowing yourself the time to really grow and develop.

What causes so much unease and unhappiness in people's lives is they simply don't allow time for things to unfold, they don't give the universe time to do its thing while they grow and develop as person.

You have to allow yourself time to grow & develop and most importantly become the type of person who can responsibly handle what you have asked for.

There is nothing more attractive than a person who has built themselves upon a solid foundation and in many cases these are the three fundamental traits that all long lasting success, happiness and fulfilment are built upon.

Protect that powerful mind! Limit the viruses of people upload and want to download into your hard drive of thinking.

Protect that powerful mind! Limit the viruses of what people upload and want to download into your hard drive of thinking. Negativity starts as an infection and if you let it infect and affect you long enough, becomes a disease. Bringing dis-ease about your feelings and outlook on how you view yourself.
Protect yourself because the mind is the last explored continent and you have some valuable assets in there. Don't let anyone rob you of that with their high debts of pessimism. Get to work such as John H. Johnson and focus on being "creative and persistent". Give your mind food for thought to nourish upon daily. Listen to positive uplifting information when you wake up first thing in the morning and read positive material as the last thing before you go to sleep. As Les Brown boldly states, "Feed your Faith and your Doubts will starve to death". Live now! You are here to win. Believe the Champion in You.

Your ability to concentrate and completely focus on the task at hand is the biggest challenge you face everyday.

Your ability to concentrate and completely focus on the task at hand is the biggest challenge you face everyday.

We live in a world where we are constantly being distracted by our phones, social media, entertainment and other people.

If you are going to get BIG things done you are going to have to increase your own ability to concentrate and immerse yourself in your task.

The first place to start Is your environment, at home and where you go about creating your work and dreams. Make sure it is clean, fresh and distraction free.... Yes that means the TV has to be turned off!

Turn off your phone and shut down all your social media and give yourself the gift of silence and the freedom to tap into your own thoughts, creativity and potential.

Before you start your work or whatever you are doing, take a few minutes to write out exactly what you have to do / achieve in the time you have allocated.

Knowing exactly what you have to do will help you focus and stop you from becoming overwhelmed with your task.

If you struggle to concentrate for any length of time I suggest working in 15 minute blocks of absolute focus and try to do as much as you can in that 15 minutes!

This will help you build the concentration muscle and over time you will be able to focus for hours on end.

Anything is possible IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT... That is not a throw away line!

IF you can apply your mind, concentrate on a task for long enough and focus all your energy into what you are doing.....then anything is possible!

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of the things we've learned.

We might learn things quickly, but we often forget things at the same rate—and sometimes we need to remind ourselves of the things we’ve learned.
Here are 25 of those reminders that others taught me.

1.  Struggle Is Good
Never say “I can’t take it anymore.” Say “Bring it on!”

2.  Don’t Complain
Complaining is the biggest waste of time there is. Either do something about it, and if you can’t, shut up about it.

3.  Spend Time With People You Love
That’s your family and best friends. If you don’t have a family, create one. Most people in life are only visitors. Family is for life.

4.  Don’t Start A Relationship If You’re Not In Love
I’ve done this more than once. You kind of like someone and think: “We might as well give it a shot.” Not a good idea. You’re either in love, or you are not. Don’t fool yourself. It’s not fair to you and the other person.

5.  Exercise Daily
I didn’t get this until recently. A healthy body is where you have to start everything in life. If you can’t build a healthy and strong body, what CAN you build in life?

6.  Keep A Journal
No, keeping a journal is not for children. It helps you to become a better thinker and writer. “I don’t want to be a writer” you might think. Well, how many emails and texts do you send a day? Everybody is a writer.

7.  Be Grateful
Say ‘thank you’ to everyone and everything. “Thank you for this beautiful day.” “Thank you for your email.” “Thank you for being there for me.”

8.  Don’t Care About What People Think
We all die in the end, do you really think it matters what people think of you?

9.  Take More Risks
Don’t be such a wimp.

10.  Pick An Industry, Not A Job
If you want to become good at something, you need to spend years and years doing that. You can’t do that if you hop from industry to industry. Pick an industry you love and start at the bottom. You will find the perfect role for you eventually.

11.  Lead The Way
When you find yourself in a situation where everyone looks at each other, it’s time for you to lead. You‘re a leader when you decide to become one. There’s no initiation or a title. Just a decision.

12.  Money Isn’t Important
It really isn’t. But you have to train yourself not to care about money. Don’t become too dependent on the stuff you own — otherwise, the stuff will own you.

13.  Be Nice
I don’t mean you should be a pushover. You can be someone that doesn’t take shit and be nice about it. Just don’t insult people, think you’re better than them, or act like an idiot.

14.  Learn Every Day
You’ve got to train your brain to stay alert. You don’t have to read a book a day to learn every day. Learn from your mistakes. Learn from the people around you — be open to what they can teach you.

15.  Rest Before You Are Tired
Even if you love your job, and every day seems like a holiday, you need to take time to rest. You’re a human and not an android, never forget that.

The strongest foundation you can build your dreams upon are unwavering faith, absolute commitment and a relentless work ethic. Richard Waita writes...

The strongest foundation you can build your dreams upon are unwavering faith, absolute commitment and a relentless work ethic.

All things are possible and our dreams can absolutely come to life when we start to walk with absolute faith and certainty in ourselves and in what we are creating and trust that all will work out, if we just keep going.

Unfortunately most of us never believe in anything to such a degree that we become a powerful force of nature and become unstoppable...that's the level of faith you have to live in every day!

I can tell you from personal experience that it's a lack of commitment that ultimately kills your chances of success.

Not being all in and over committed to your vision for life usually means you will give up and give in at the first sign of hardship or pain and trust me the universe will keep testing you to see how badly you want it!

So be prepared to take the hits and the best way I know how to be prepared is to be so committed that no one or nothing can shake you or break you because you know deep within that you will do whatever it takes for however long it takes to get exactly what it is you want!

You can have all the faith in the world and be all in but if you don't put in the effort, then no dream will ever manifest itself in this reality.

You've got to be dedicated and commit your entire being and every breath to your purpose and your mission and do whatever it takes day in and day out to move a little closer to your dreams.

Don't let a lack of work ethic and dedication to your craft and calling be the reason why you never got to live your dreams... It takes absolute discipline and sacrifice to create your dream and you won't make it if you're not prepared to pay the price.

I want you to always remember that Everything takes time to unfold, you have to allow time for things to work out in the right way and in the right moment and trust me that does not always mean when you want it to happen.

You have to trust that it will all go your way and as I always say you have to allow time for the universe to do it's thing so everything can unfold in the most beautiful, magnificent way!

We can be formed by our own belief in ourselves or be shaped by others disbelief in what we can do and who they want us to be.

We can be formed by our own belief in ourselves or be shaped by others disbelief in what we can do and who they want us to be. Why are you being down on yourself? Don't go through life validating yourself through people. No! That is the quickest way to failure. Be you and validate yourself through what you feel drawn to and come into alignment of who you truly are. Wake up and live! You are extra-ordinary. Nothing boring or simple about you.
The world needs your unique DNA and remarkable finger print to make an impression of "why" you were chosen to walk this planet. You can't be duplicated. Let the power inside be as it should be. It's like electricity. It's there. Find your gift and passion and that will turn you on to something enlightening. No one can do what you are about to do. Your job is finding out what that is, put in the work to master it and do it well! I will not let you think that you can't do better. You need to think and feel better about yourself. Time to win! Believe the Champion in You!
