HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Happy birthday to me! Today is a day filled with celebration, reflection, and gratitude. It marks another year of growth, accomplishments, and the opportunity to create even more wonderful memories.

As I blow out the candles on my cake, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the person I have become. I am proud of the obstacles I have overcome, the lessons I have learned, and the strength I have discovered within myself. On this special day, I am reminded that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.

Birthdays are not only a time for celebration but also for reflection. Looking back on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences that have shaped me. Through both triumphs and challenges, I have gained wisdom, resilience, and a deeper understanding of who I am. Every step of this journey has been valuable in its own way.

Today, I want to express my gratitude to the people who have been by my side throughout this year. To my family and friends, thank you for your unconditional love, support, and belief in me. Your presence has made my life richer and more meaningful. I am truly blessed to have you all in my life.

As I blow out the candles, I also want to make a wish for the year ahead. I wish for continued personal growth, endless opportunities for success, and the courage to embrace new challenges. I hope to cultivate kindness, love, and authenticity as I navigate through life, both for myself and for those around me.

On this special day, I intend to celebrate by indulging in things that bring me joy, spending time with loved ones, and reflecting on the blessings in my life. It is a day for self-care, self-reflection, and self-expression. I am grateful for the chance to celebrate another year of my existence.

Happy birthday to me! May this year be filled with love, laughter, and countless moments of pure happiness. Here's to embracing the journey ahead with open arms and a grateful heart.

With love and appreciation.

DUCK 🦆 OR EAGLE 🦅

DUCK OR EAGLE?
  It's up to you.

I was at the airport when a taxi driver approached.

The first thing I noticed in the taxi was a sentence, then I read:

 - Duck or Eagle?
You decide.

The second thing I noticed was a clean and shiny cab, the driver well dressed, white shirt and pressed pants, with a tie.

The taxi driver got out, opened the door for me and said:

 "I am John, your chauffeur.
While I keep your luggage, I would like you to read on this card what my mission is."

 On the card was written:

 John's Mission
 - Take my customers to their destination quickly, safely and economically, offering a friendly environment.

 I was impressed.

The cab's interior was equally clean.

 John asked me:
 "Would you like a coffee?"

 Playing with him I said:
 "No, I prefer a juice."

 Immediately he replied:
 "No problem.
I have a thermal with regular juice and also diet, as well as water." He also told me:
"If you'd like to read, I have today's paper and some magazines as well."

When the race started, John told me:
"These are the radio stations I have and this is the repertoire they play."

As if that wasn't enough, John asked me if the air conditioning temperature was good.

Then he told me the best route to my destination and whether I wanted to talk to him or whether he preferred that I not be interrupted.

 I asked:
"Do you always serve your customers like this?"

  "No," he replied.
 "Not always.
Only in the last two years.
In my first years as a taxi driver, I spent most of my time complaining like other taxi drivers.
One day I heard a doctor specializing in personal development."
He wrote a book called, *' Who You Are Makes a Difference.'
 He said:
"If you get up in the morning expecting to have a bad day, you will."
 Don't be a DUCK!
 Be an EAGLE!

The ducks only make noise and complain, the eagles soar above the group.

I was all the time making noise and complaining.

So I decided to change my attitude and be an eagle.

I looked at the other taxis and drivers.
Dirty taxis, unfriendly drivers and unhappy customers.

I decided to make some changes.
Since my customers responded well, I made a few more changes.

In my first year as an eagle, I doubled my income.
This year, I already quadrupled.

You were lucky to take my taxi today. I'm no longer at the taxi stand.
My clients make reservations on my cell phone or text me.
If I can't answer, I can get a reliable "eagle" taxi driver friend to do the job.

 John was different.
It offered a limousine service in a regular taxi.
John, the taxi driver, decided to stop making noise and complain as ducks do and started to fly over the group, as eagles do.

It doesn't matter if you work in an office, maintenance, teacher, civil servant, politician, executive, employee or professional or taxi driver!
How do you behave?

Are you dedicated to making noise and complaining?  Or is it rising above the rest?

Remember: THE DECISION IS YOURS.

This key only opens from the inside!

AND EACH TIME YOU HAVE LESS TIME TO CHANGE!

2022 is nothing new if we don't have New Attitudes!

May we be better professionals, better brothers, better fathers, better husbands, better wives, better mothers, better children, better friends.

May we not repeat the mistakes of the past!

SARS-CoV2 Omicron Variant Exponential Transmission & Mitigation Dynamics: Translational Immuno-epidemiologic Perspective

knllkkk

Abstract: Aim: The current SARS-CoV2 mutation occurs due to the opportunity provided by human animals for the replication of this pathogenic microbe. With the available data on the exponential spread of this pathogen, and the limited information on clinical manifestations severity, this systematic qualitative review (QSR) aimed to examine the exponential transmission of SARS-CoV2 omicron variant, disease severity, hospitalization and prognosis relative to previous variant mainly delta. Materials/Methods: This QSR was applied for literature review, implying study of studies in the assessment of evidence on transmission and disease severity associated with this novel variant, omicron, as well as recommended transmission mitigation measures. Results: The current data are indicative of the exponential spread of this variant due to several mutations relative to the delta variant as well as limited data on omicron disease severity, as well as clinical and public health measures in transmission mitigation and healthcare providers available in addressing acute, chronic and surgical conditions during this inter-season in the US.Conclusions: While the absence of evidence does not imply evidence of absence, this QRS clearly observed the exponential spread of the omicron variant globally, as well as limited data on clinical manifestations severity relative to the delta variant, as inconclusive. The omicron variant exponential spread is highly suggestive of implementing control and preventive measures in transmission mitigation and enhanced community herd immunity.

Introduction: Viral pathogens remain genetic materials and not living organisms, requiring host factors before replication and survival. The pathway to viral survival requires careful adaptability in the host, agent and environment interaction. Suppose the host in any viral infection is protected. In that case, exposure to such a

Pathogen results in no transmission, implying no clinical manifestations, as observed in the natural course of a disease - pre-clinical, sub-clinical and clinical. In effect, if the herd immunity is not achieved (>80% vaccination) and the control and preventive measures are not effectively utilized, any viral pathogen remains opportunistic, resulting in several mutants and antigenic serotypes. This viral pathogenic opportunity exposes the viral host of SARS-CoV2, human animals exponential transmission with novel variants, namely delta and omicron. With the exponential transmission of the omicron variant, this systematic qualitative review (QSR) sought to (a) assess the scientific data on this exponential transmission and disease severity. (b) examine disease as clinical manifestations severity relative to delta variant Additionally, with the limited information on the current omicron disease severity, this QSR recommended pathways for omicron variant transmission mitigation.

Materials & Methods: A systematic qualitative review (QSR) was used to examine non-peer-reviewed and scientific reports on omicron genomic sequencing, transmission dynamics, and severity of clinical features. This approach involved assessing the study and scientific report objectives, study or sample size, outcome/s, analysis, sub-population analysis and inference.

Results: While studying studies allows for evidence synthesis, all findings remain uncertain, implying sampling variability with random error quantification. The conclusions of this QRS observed the following:

(a) Omicron variant reflects an alternation in the genetic code of SARS-CoV2 delta variant, with the primary viral intent, is to enhance its survival in the host cell over time. These genetic codes serve as the source for the viral building, including the spike protein for SARS-CoV2. . The current geographic locale data reflects 2 to 3 times infection frequency, compared to two days retrospective infection frequency. Specifically, if the infection frequency of individuals in a specific setting within a geographic locale was (n=100) on Monday, on Wednesday, an estimated 300 were infected, indicative of exponential transmission of omicron. Omicron mutations had been observed to be more than 30, supporting this exponential transmission among vaccinated individuals. Typically, there is a doubling rate of the omicron variant every two to three days. However, increased mutations in any viral pathogen does not necessarily imply disease severity but viral survival.

(b) With several observed alterations in the SARS-CoV2 delta variant resulting in the omicron variant, the transmission rate is exponential due to these mutations in the Spike protein, which provides SARS-CoV2 with the opportunity to replicate in the host cell. The Omicron variant is highly transmissible due to the spike protein mutation and remains opportunistic in escaping the natural antibodies among individuals infected with the delta variant. Additionally, vaccinated individuals experience transmission due to antibodies limited cross-reactivity in inhibiting omicron replication - immune system escape.

(c) Omicron clinical manifestations with the current data reflect less severity than the delta variant. With more data on hospitalization, ICU admissions and mortality becoming available, more observations on the severity will emerge.

Conclusions and Recommendations: The global assessment of the SARS-CoV2 omicron variant is indicative of its exponential transmission relative to the delta variant; however reliable data are pending on comparable severity, hospitalization and mortality. Since all conclusions in scientific evidence discovery remain inconclusive, dynamic and not, static data application is required in clinical and public health decision making. This QSR recommends :

  • Testing, tracking and testing during this holiday season before the family reunion. This initiative allows for marginalized omicron transmission during Christmas and the new year gatherings. Regardless of fully vaccine uptake, indoor meeting requires reliable and appropriate face mask-wearing.
  • All vaccine eligible Americans and the entire human population must be fully vaccinated, implying the initial vaccine and the recommended bootees for the immune system potentiation, amplification and enhancement. As the omicron variant escapes the immune responsiveness with the current vaccine, booster uptake will enhance antibodies durability stimulating the helper T cells activation and the NKC integration for enhanced and balanced immune responsiveness in marginalizing the clinical manifestations and severity.
  • Reliable face mask-wearing such as N-95
  • Sub-population and granular data availability on omicron variant - age, sex, pregnancy, ICU admissions, hospitalization, mortality, prognosis, survival.
  • Ventilation and healthy indoor air quality
  • CO2 indoor air monitoring with reliable device for enhanced healthy air quality.
  • Physical and social distancing
  • Allocate a safe and effective vaccine to the undeveloped nations (Africa, Caribbean, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc.) by the industrialized and developed countries, namely the USA, UK, France, Germany, China, etc.
  • Healthcare system adaptability to the omicron variant, given inadequate cancer screening, surgical procedures, ICU admission and hospitalization for morbidity etc. The failure to address the healthcare system incapacitation currently will imply an epidemiologic re-transition from chronic disease to infectious disease a century ago.

With the observed healthcare system incapacitation nationally and globally, if we as a human society fail to adhere to these viral disease control and preventive measures recommendations, including although not limited to fully vaccine uptake, sooner or later, the entire world as a human population will pre-transition to infectious disease as the leading cause of mortality. Realistically, based on this limited knowledge on SARS-CoV2 (COVID-19) pandemic, we as a scientific community must act now by informing the world community on a reliable and pragmatic approach to returning the human population to the pre-pandemic period.

THE ART OF SELF CONTROL

Self-development.
THE ART OF SELF CONTROL :
■Avoid temptations. The very first step toward gaining self-control is to avoid temptation in the first place. If you know that keeping unhealthy food items at your home will tempt you to dig in, stop buying unhealthy foods.
■Take small steps. Don’t push yourself or try to move too fast with your self-control plan. Start with small steps. Slow and steady wins any mental race. For instance: If you want to stop yourself from getting distracted while studying, start small by putting away your mobile phone.
■Prepare before facing a tempting situation. Pre-committing yourself before getting into a tempting situation can be beneficial in curbing the temptation. For instance: when going shopping, if you know you will be tempted to splurge, leave your credit and debit cards at home and take only a limited amount of cash with you.
■Use mental images to curb temptations. Make your temptations appear unattainable or unpleasant using mental images. The goal is to make the image so aversive that you will not act on your temptation.
■Identify the deeper need hidden behind your temptation. You might have a deeper need hidden behind an unhealthy habit or temptation. An unhealthy habit can develop without us being aware initially and then spiral out of control. Try to understand why you have this habit and be willing to acknowledge and confront it.
■Reward yourself. Rewards can be a great motivator when it comes to exercising self-control. Rewards control our behaviour by offering a positive incentive. Sometimes you have to delay gratification for a bigger reward.
■Plan ahead for lapses. When working toward any goal, it is very common to encounter setbacks. Don’t beat up on yourself if you have a setback. Make a recovery plan for when you face a setback or a lapse in self-control. when people fail to resist temptation, they tend to forget about the goal altogether. To stop that from happening, form a plan on how you will recover from the setback. For instance: Tell yourself, “The next time I fail to stick with my study schedule, I will not watch my favourite show for 2 days.” Keep your plan specific and simple.
■Be positive about your ability to overcome temptations. Remember the story of the Little Red Engine that thought 'he could.' Being optimistic about your ability to use self-control can be beneficial.
■Distract yourself. There may be periods when you are most vulnerable to temptations. Like when you are under stress. When you find it hard to control your impulses, distract yourself. Listen to music and sing aloud, or close your eyes and think about something else.
■Take a few deep breaths to relieve stress. Don’t let your struggle to exercise self-control overtake you. Controlling your impulses can be stressful, can be stressful, as your mind is involved in a constant battle with your heart. Take a few deep breaths when you find it difficult to resist your temptation or immediate desire.
■Use self-affirmations. When you find it difficult to control the urge to do something that needs not be done, encourages yourself to stick to your plan. Use self-affirmations like, “I am the master of my life,” or ”I am fully in control of myself.”
Be mindful of your language and the words you use.
■Postpone temptations for later.:You will be less tormented by a temptation if you tell yourself, “Not now. Wait until later.”Your need for improvement through self-control must out way the need or desire.
■Change your environment. Avoid places and situations that encourage a bad habit. Changing your environment can help you to curb or avoid temptations.
■Meditate. Take out time for meditation.
■Feed glucose to your brain. Self-control falls under the prefrontal cortex – the part of your brain that regulates decision-making and behaviour. To control your urges and make sound decisions, you need to take care of the prefrontal cortex.
■Eat healthily. improve your energy and self-control.
■Get proper sleep.
■Exercise regularly.
■Forgive yourself. We are the hardest on ourselves.

BREAST SUCKING

👩‍⚕️*BREAST SUCKING 👩‍⚕️

👉The Woman's breasts are filled with hyper-sensitive nerve endings that get stimulated when touched, sucked or licked.

Men love to suck the breast just as women love their breast to be stimulated. But some men avoid a woman's breast as soon as she gets pregnant because they believe breast milk is harmful to Adults.

BUT CAN AN ADULT ALSO MAKE BREAST MILK?

YES...

👉Breast milk is quite beneficial for adults too... It increases adult immunity as it does in children.

BENEFITS TO THE WOMAN:

It helps to balance the cardiovascular system. If a woman breast is sucked for a long period, it increases the heartbeat rate of a woman to 110 beats per minute. It is a very good exercise for your heart health.

👩‍⚕️WANT A FIRMER FACE?

Then do not be reluctant for your hubby to suck your breast. It helps to move more than 30 female facial muscles and improves blood flow in the skin.

ORGASM:

If you are the type that doesn't feel or enjoy sex, encourage your hubby to suck your breast and play with your nipples. I bet,  you will reach orgasm.

👉BOOSTS IMMUNE SYSTEM:

It is a natural remedy that stimulates the immune system resulting in the production of antibodies that can protect against viruses. This process is called CROSS IMMUNO-THERAPY. During breast sucking, the breath of a woman becomes faster more than 60 times per minute. INHALING AND EXHALING MORE OFTEN WILL HELP PREVENT A VARIETY OF diseases OF THE LUNGS.

👉CANCER OF THE BREAST

The study has shown that sucking and massaging a breast simultaneously and vigorously help to reduce the chances of a breast lump which can develop into cancer. It helps in the easy flow of hormones and prevents lumps in the breast.

👉BENEFITS TO THE MAN

Breast milk can tackle cancer. Adults with cancer cells, digestive disorders and immune disorders are advised to drink several ounces of milk daily or weekly to ease the ravages of  CHEMOTHERAPY. It helps to booster their immune system and improves digestion.

WOMEN, IF YOU ARE A BREASTFEEDING MUM, WILLINGLY  ALLOW YOUR BABY TO FEED ON THE BREAST AS LONG AS THE BABY WANT. AS YOU'RE BREASTFEEDING, MASSAGE THE BREAST TO PREVENT LUMPS.; SAME IF YOU ARE USING A BREAST PUMP, MASSAGE AS YOU PUMP.

*IF YOUR HUBBY LOVE TO SUCK BREAST, PLEASE ALLOW HIM TO SUCK YOUR BREAST TODAY AND ALWAYS.*

*ENCOURAGE YOUR BABY AND HUBBY TO SUCK  YOUR BREAST. IT'S A WIN-WIN THING FOR YOU*.

5 things to note when sending your CV to a potential employer.

A good CV increases your chances of landing your dream job.

As a recruiter, I receive a lot of CVs from people looking to fill job vacancies. In the last week, I have gone through more than 250 CVs.

So, when I hear job seekers complaining about sending several applications and not getting feedback, I know exactly what the problem is. They (job seekers) simply do not follow instructions. If you are job hunting, below are five tips to follow when sending your CV to a potential employer.

  1. No attachments, please!

Just so you know, for every job opening, prospective employers receive an average of 200 to 250 applications. Recruiters in the private sector don’t have the luxury of going through volumes of unsolicited and often irrelevant papers. As a rule, if you have not been asked, do not send attachments of other documents with your CV. Your CV is enough!

  1. Your email name matters

Use an email address that has your official name. Companies have configured their Business Information System to reject and spam all mail from addresses with names that look like creatures from space. Often, those funny email handles and names are the reasons you never get shortlisted and hired.

  1. Avoid political statements, just get to the point

You have never been employed but your CV is five pages, PDF and 5MB! Are you for real? Nobody wants to read about career goals, life objectives, profiles and other information which is mere grandstanding and political statements. For every application you make, review, revise and only send a CV that matches the requirements of the job. In HR practice, we look for a strategic fit between the candidate and the job. When you start your CV with things like religion, marital status, career objectives, you lose it even before it is read.

  1. Criterion bias is real!

All recruiters suffer from something called criterion bias. This means if a candidate has structured his or her CV in a manner that shows the key education and professional qualifications and experiential knowledge that fit what they want, they will always be shortlisted. Do not give long winding stories that are not related to the role you are applying for.

  1. Clearly state the schools you attended

Finally, Kenya has zero quality control in academic qualifications. Even a monkey with money can “acquire” a degree. So, when sending a CV, clearly indicate the name of the high school you attended and the grades you got.

Elon Musk on Cryptocurrency

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said Thursday that Bitcoin energy use is “insane” after announcing Wednesday that Tesla would no longer accept Bitcoin as a form of payment for vehicles, citing environmental concerns.

Energy usage trend over past few months is insane,” Musk tweeted.

Musk announced on Wednesday that Bitcoin would no longer be used to purchase Tesla vehicles because the company is “concerned about rapidly increasing use of fossil fuels for Bitcoin mining and transactions, especially coal, which has the worst emissions of any fuel.”

Musk has been one of the biggest proponents of Bitcoin, and his announcement caused it to fall by more than 10 percent, Reuters reported.

“Cryptocurrency is a good idea on many levels and we believe it has a promising future, but this cannot come at great cost to the environment,” Musk wrote on Wednesday.

The announcement to stop accepting Bitcoin for Tesla vehicles came only two months after Tesla began accepting the cryptocurrency for vehicle purchases.

Musk said that once Bitcoin can be produced with more sustainable energy, it
would accept it again.

“Tesla will not be selling any Bitcoin and we intend to use it for transactions as soon as mining transitions to more sustainable energy,” Musk said.

23. Small talks aren’t their thing
How do you define an introvert? Locating the guy who sits alone in a party or the one who doesn’t speak much? Truth be told, our definition of an introvert is quite wrong. Being withdrawn from the crowd is only a small part of being an introvert. Even somebody who is the life of a party can be an introvert. It’s about finding out how that person perceives the tiniest of details that make him an introvert. Listed below are 23 signs that determine whether you are an introvert or not; Introverts tend to find small talks quite annoying. Some may even say that introverts get nervous while making small talk. It’s not because they dislike people, no, it is because they hate the artificial barrier it creates between the two people.
22. Introverts go to parties not to meet people
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/50384089557940687/Introverts tend to go to parties because of what a party represents, the food and drinks and maybe a few dances. They don’t go to parties to meet new people. That part of a party does not excite them. In fact, they would prefer sitting and talking with the people they know than meet new people.

21. They feel alone in a crowd
Well, this comes up as no big surprise. Introverts do feel alone in a social gathering or any random crowd. They feel different and might let friends or activities pick them, rather than extending their own invitations.
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/508484614155623718/20. Networking makes them feel fake
Networking can sometimes feel like ingenious for introverts. They don’t believe it’s real and prefer making contact with people based on authentic connections. At the same time, introverts find networking very stressful. They don’t want to do so much work or put much effort.
19. Introverts become too intense
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/315885361341404116/A common trait among introverts is that they tend to become too intense. Whether it is discussing a simple topic or reading up something on the internet, they like to go deep. They enjoy delving into the deeper territories of almost everything. They also have a penchant for philosophical conversations.
18. They are easily distracted
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/28499410118333183/Extroverts tend to get bored and distracted when they don’t have anything to do. Introverts are completely opposite. Give them a list of work to do and they will become distracted at the slightest of distractions. In other words, introverts get easily distracted and overwhelmed in environments with an excess of stimulation.
17. Downtime doesn’t feel wrong
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/320248223474501155/Introverts don’t mind spending a day sitting idly at home doing nothing. Rather they tend to thrive in such conditions. They feel the need to recharge their batteries and what better way to do it than sitting at home being unproductive. This trait is completely opposite of an extrovert who feel the need to do something all the time.
16. Large crowds are better than individuals
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/273453008595676828/This happens to be an interesting point regarding introverts. They prefer talking in front of a larger crowd of 500 people than having to talk to individuals or a small number of people. Introverts are proven to be great public speakers and leaders. They can talk to a large mass with ease but struggle while talking about the same thing to a single person.
15. They sit at the end on a bus
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/443041682068265799/Introverts don’t like being surrounded by people. Whether it is in a social gathering or on the bus, they prefer to remain in aside from where they can easily escape. As a result, they tend to sit at the far end on a bus. This way they are not flocked by people on both sides, and they can easily exit the bus.
14. You need a recharging period
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/507429082990401438/Introverts tend to get tired after spending a couple of hours doing something. They also become unresponsive after working for too long. This is their way of switching to energy-conserving mode. Introverts will find a quiet corner and just zone out for a couple of hours and recharge their batteries.
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/126945283220420706/13. Introverts date extroverts
This is the purest example of “opposites attract”. Introverts have a tendency of leaning towards extroverts when it comes to dating. This may be due to the positive vibe and energy spread by the extroverts. These extroverts encourage the introverts to socialize and meet people and do things that they would not normally do.
12. They prefer specializing than knowing everything
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/17592254771334005/Introverts always want to become specialized in one particular skill. They don’t want to become a jack of all trade. They prefer spending all their time and energy learning and mastering one task.
11. Avoid shows with audience participation
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/459226493229228222/Well, the headline is pretty self-explanatory. Introverts don’t want the spotlight to be on them in the middle of the show as the host asks them questions or asks them to participate.
10. Introverts don’t like phone calls
Whenever there is a phone call, even if it is from a person they like, introverts will try to avoid it. They will, however, call back once they feel they have the mental preparation and energy to talk with them. Quite weird, we know.
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/414190496950717177/9. Introverts have good eyes
They will notice details before anyone else does. Call it their own superpower, introverts tend to catch the tiniest of details that may escape the eyes of others. They exhibit an increased brain activity and as a result, they catch such tiny details.
8. They keep talking inside their heads
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/454582156112738024/Introverts have a habit of being in constant conversation with themselves. They think through a matter at least 10 times before acting upon it.
7. They have low blood pressure
According to a study done in Japan, introverts have low blood pressure compared to extroverts.
6. Introverts are called “wise”
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/170855379590292435/Due to their action of thinking things through before acting on it, introverts have been known to be called wise. They think a lot before speaking and as a result, they appear to be wiser than their fellow colleague or friends.
5. Introverts don’t feel high from the surroundings
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/62346776066057962/Introverts differ from extroverts as to the feeling of getting high. They prefer reaping rewards of the environment in a different way instead of partying all the time or using the substance.
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/225039312603730517/4. They look at the big picture
Despite having an eye for details, introverts like looking at the bigger picture. They want to look at a whole image rather than concentrating on one certain part.
3. They are asked to come out of their shell
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/16747829838095749/A common case regarding the majority of the introverts is that, at some point in their life, they have been asked to come out of their shell, socialize more or even participate in class. They have been lead to believe that something is wrong with them.
2. Introverts are writers
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/179440366374086943/Most introverts feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings via pen and paper. Rather than communicating with a person, they find solace in a paper and have proven to be quite creative. They work better when left alone, to express their thoughts by writing.
Image Credit: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/355010383101153049/1. They balance things well
Introverts are good at balancing their time and effort among phase of work, solitude and periods of social activity. If they overspend their energy doing one particular thing, they will move and find a balance again. A period of heightened social activity may be followed by a period of increased solitude and work.
